Coopers Brewery Foundation raise $113,019!

Late last year Kiss Goodbye to MS was approached by Coopers Brewery Foundation, who had decided to support research into MS at their annual golf day. The Coopers Golf Day involves staff and clients from Coopers and each year raises funds for a charity the organisation is passionate about. The Golf Day was held on the 29th of April at the Kooyonga Golf Club in South Australia, with 128 golfers attending and participating in a live and silent auction. The day was a huge success and raised an incredible $113,019 for Kiss Goodbye to MS.

Over the last three years the Coopers Brewery Foundation donated over $3 million to different charities in Australia. Multiple sclerosis and particularly, MS research is an important initiative for Coopers, as a number of staff members have been impacted by the disease. Kiss Goodbye to MS are proud to be approached by an Australian company that is so passionate about philanthropic giving. MS Research Australia’s CEO Dr Matthew Miles met with the Chair of Coopers Brewery Foundation, Melanie Cooper, when she was in Sydney recently, to personally thank her for the support.
