Kiss Goodbye to MS awarded “Most Effective Creative Campaign”
The Fundraising Institute of Australia has recognised the success and momentum of Kiss Goodbye to MS, awarding MS Research Australia with two major accolades in the National Excellence in Fundraising Awards. The Fundraising Institute of Australia is the peak body representing profession fundraising in Australia, and MS Research Australia is honoured to have received two awards recognising Kiss Goodbye to MS as an innovative and creative fundraising initiative.
At the annual awards event Kiss Goodbye to MS was awarded with the “Special Events Award” in the under $5 million category, which recognises the effectiveness of a fundraising campaign as well as Principal Award, “Most Effective Creative Campaign”. The award for “Most Effective Creative Campaign” is one of two Fundraising Institute of Australia Principal Award’s which are the highest accolades awarded by the FIA. As the winner of this award Kiss Goodbye to MS and MS Research Australia was recognised as having the most outstanding display of effective use of creative to communicate the needs of our organisation.
The Fundraising Institute of Australia awards recognise outstanding initiatives and innovative efforts in the not for profit sector. As with any successful initiative, the success of Kiss Goodbye to MS is a combination of many contributing factors. MS Research Australia is a small dedicated team who work closely to ensure Kiss Goodbye to MS reaches its objectives.
Although the team play an important part, the success of Kiss Goodbye to MS wouldn’t be possible without our supportive community. These awards are testament to our passionate fundraisers, to every donation that is given, to every person who supports us on social media, and each merchandise order we send.
