Let's kiss goodbye to MS
Julie McCullough
I am inspired by the work of Kiss Goodbye to MS and I want to do something to make a difference! Nearly everyone knows someone that lives with multiple sclerosis. Walking sticks and wheelchairs are what most people see but there is an ocean of invisible symptoms that people deal with. Nerve pain, muscle cramps, dizziness, cognitive changes, confusion, motion sickness, numbess, bladder and bowel dysfunction, swallowing dysfunction, anxiety and countless others. I am lucky enough to not have to deal with all of these. MS is going to be cured and researchers are getting closer every day. I am determined to help make that happen by raising funds to help the researchers out..

After a week battling with some severe shoulder/neck pain from a dysfunctional shoulder I got out for another hill training session, this time with more walking buddies! Say hello to my little bro and his fiance!

I've lost most of my fitness and conditioning in the last couple years so time to start trading for the 100km tuscony trek. Training walk number 1 was a 5.5km hilly loop along called "true grit" along the side of the dandenong ranges. Lots of breathing stops but we made it! The 100km tuscony trek is to raise money and help find a cure for MS.
