Delegate MPS Crew For Patricia "Dolly" Guthrie

Delegate Crew is made up of a team of staff from MPS. We are inspired by the work of “Kiss Goodbye to MS” and chose to do something to make a difference. 

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). We hope to make a difference to everyone who is affected by MS, and for us, we have a very special lady at the heart of our efforts, 

A lady who we cherish and are privileged to be part of her every day to assist with her daily needs to support her independence as much as possible, to listen to her stories, frustrations and joys. Trish has been living with MS since the age of 38.

So for the month of June we are aiming to walk 1000km to raise funds and awareness for our Trish and everyone affected by MS.

MS is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people at a time in their lives when they are planning families and building a career. It is a condition that cannot yet be cured. 

Three out of four people living with MS are women.
