Photo Book for donation

I would like to clarify the terms of this fundraiser. You can donate any amount you like directly to my fundraiser but you may choose to receive a book via my Facebook or Instagram if you DM me. 

You may also send me a message through this page. Not only do you get to donate to 'Kiss Goodbye To MS', but you will receive a photo book I have published. For a $50 donation, you will receive a high quality A4 hard cover book and for a $20 donation, you will receive the smaller A5 soft cover book.
