World MS Day 2016

It’s that time of year again!

The 25th of May is 2016 World MS Day. World MS day is about celebrating all the ways that people affected by MS maintain independence and are able to continue living a positive and fulfilled life.

World MS Day is about bringing the MS community together and acknowledging that independence can mean different things to different people. The aim is to inspire people to challenge perceptions of what people with MS can do.

In Australia, we love any opportunity to come together with the rest of the world and are looking forward to joining the World MS Day campaign again.  You can get involved by sharing your story and photos of independence or post a red lippy picture using the hashtag #strongerthanMS and #KissGoodbyetoMS on social media.

Follow along on the 25th of May and watch the world come together to raise the profile of what a diagnosis with MS really means.
